Visualization

(7.1) Visualization is the process of creating mental pictures.

(7.2) By holding an image or picture in mind, we gradually draw the thing nearer to us.

Visualization is a process of one-pointed concentration. Refining one pointed concentration allows us to effectively identify and dismiss internal dialogues that do not support our ideal state of being.

Think of someone or someplace. Hold that image in your mind for a long as you can. Consider every detail.  Nicola Tesla is said to have visualized every aspect of his inventions, down to bolts and their placement, before he ever went to work constructing his inventions. This kind of one-pointed visualization is the key to overcoming wavering dialogues that would keep us from success.
