(4.30) What we do depends upon who we are. Who we are depends upon what we think. Thus, our quality of thought determines the conditions we meet in life.
Actions (what we do) are predicated upon who we are as individuals. Who we are depends upon what we think because thought is produces a rate of vibration that others understand as character. Character is the sum total of all the non verbal methods we consciously or subconsciously use to evaluate and form impressions of others. Initially, this cognition developed as a survival tool. To a degree, we still use this skill for survival, as it keeps us aware of possible threats, from cars as we cross the street to physically or emotionally predatory people.
(1.25) Thought is transmuted into character and character is the magnet that creates the environment of the individual.
(4.25) Scientifically Correct Thinking is the ability to adjust our thought process to the will of the Universal. To cooperate with natural law.
Freewill is the choice to react or respond to conditions we meet in life. A response is when we adjust our thought process to the will of the universal. The will of the universal is Self Realization. The purpose of nature observing itself is to become fully conscious that Self is observing Self and too maintain this awareness in spite of conditions.
A reaction is when ego identifies with conditions.
(4.26) This is accomplished by securing a perfect understanding of the principle forces, methods and combinations of mind.
We secure a perfect understanding of the principle forces (Upanishads & Vedas), methods (Ushnika), and combinations of mind (Jung), through Self Inquiry and Service.
