(4.30) What we do depends upon who we are. Who we are depends upon what we think. Thus, our quality of thought determines conditions we meet in life.
Thought inspires action. Thus, what we think determines the conditions we create.
(4.29) Inspiration is the art of Self realization–the ability to adjust the individual mind to Universal mind; a recognition of the omnipresence of omniscience.
Self realization is the result of creating something from nothing. “Nothing” is a temporary or ongoing state of “ego-death.” This is the optimal state for inspiration because creating something from something is simply change. We must become “nothing” to become innovative.
(4.28) The cause of all lack, limitation, disease, inharmony and discord is the result of the exact same law. This law acts relentlessly and is continuously bringing about conditions in correspondence with the thought that inspired or created them.
The law of cause & effect is not subject to morality, thus, if you think about negative experience, negative experience will be reinforced in conditions.
(4.27) The Universal is the basis fact of all existence.
The Universal is the principle of cause & effect. This is the guiding principle of nature, understood best as love.
(4.26) This is accomplished by securing a perfect understanding of the principle forces, methods and combinations of mind.
Forces empower mind.
Methods exercise mind.
Combinations… of thought.
(4.25) Constructive thinking is the ability to adjust our thought process to the will of the Universal; to cooperate with natural law.
Mindfulness produces an awareness of our thoughts. Awareness allows us to observe the effects (forces) produced by different methods and combinations of thinking (cause). The knowledge we acquire can then be applied to adjust our thought process–if necessary–to produce desired effects.
