(6.30) The old regime is trying to cling to the fatalistic doctrine of divine election. The new regime recognizes the divinity of the individual; the democracy of humanity.
The “old regime” may be considered the prevailing world view. The “new regime” may be considered the emerging worldview.
(6.29) This system will meet every human necessity or requirement.
As more individuals take responsibility for their thoughts,”critical mass” grows closer toward embracing the new regime.
(6.28) For the first time in the worlds history, mankind’s highest reasoning faculty can be satisfied by demonstrate-able truth, which is–now– fast flooding the world.
Mankind’s highest reasoning faculty is mind. Accepting responsibility for our thoughts, necessarily, means applying the knowledge we have gained. When we do, we will notice results. This is demonstrable truth.
(6.27) Millions are making use of mental therapeutics.
Mental therapeutics is applying the knowledge we have gained to change our attitude toward conditions we experience.
(6.26) A higher rate of vibration governs, modifies, controls, changes, or destroys a lower rate of vibration.
All thought travels by vibration. Each individual is a transmitter and receiver of thought. These thoughts “vibrate” at a rate corresponding to how we emotionally feel. Think of a jackhammer breaking through concrete. The concrete is denser. It has a lower rate of vibration. The jackhammer produces a high rate of vibration that can break through the lower rate of vibration.
A high rate of vibration is in harmony with natural law.
(6.25) The rate of vibration is then brought into operation for the greater good.
The greater good is natures ability to take care of itself, regardless of how conditions feel. The more we are in harmony with natural law, the less suffering we will experience.
