(6.12) All motion, light, heat, and color originate in Universal Energy, which is one form of Universal Mind.
Universal Energy is the “electricity” and Universal Mind is the “transformer,” from which all energy originates.
(6.11) The source of all wisdom, power, and intelligence is Universal Mind.
(6.10) We are learning the basic methods of constructive thought; this is changing conditions and multiplying effects in the objective world.
Constructive thought multiplies effects and changes conditions because we have learned that thoughts are causes.
(6.9) Concentration is so important because it allows us to control our thoughts, and since every thought is a cause, every condition is an effect. Therefore, if we control the cause, we control the effect.
(6.8) Concentration may be acquired by faithfully practicing mental exercise.
Mental exercise = memory work, math, pretty much anything that requires ruminating mind to shut down to complete the task.
(6.7) Concentration is the highest personal achievement that can be acquired. It is the distinguishing characteristic of every successful man or woman.
