2nd Key (b)

(2.2) Ease and perfection depend entirely upon the degree in which we cease to depend upon the conscious mind.

(2.12) Possessions are of value only as they confer power.

(2.22) We may control other forms of intelligence by a recognition of Self as an individualization of Universal Intelligence.

Repetition is the most effective way of (re)programing our subconscious. When behavior is subconscious, we have become either masters or slaves to the behavior.

If possessions do not empower us, they control us.

Each individual is a part or aspect of Universal consciousness–shared by all life.

(2.29) We give thought.

(2.19) A recognition of cause and effect with the intention of bringing it into existence for a definite purpose is necessary to utilize this natural creative force for the achievement of our plans.

(1.19) This is the law of attraction.

Directed attention is how “give” to others. Cause and effect is a function of nature. It works wether we are conscious of it or not. However, having become conscious of this process, we may adjust our thought and behavior to support “effects” that are more desirable. This is “The Law of attraction.”
