(1.1) The world without is a reflection of the world within.

(2.1) There are two modes of mental activity–conscious and subconscious.

(3.1) The cerebral-spinal system of nerves is the organ of the conscious mind.

(4.1) Thought is spiritual energy.

Our experience of conditions is determined by our attitude. Our conscious attitude is determined by our subconscious attitude. Our attitude is influenced by our nervous system, which–in turn–influences our thoughts.

(4.3) Thought is given vitality by the law of love.

(3.3) The solar plexus is the central point of distribution for energy which the body is constantly generating.

(2.3) The value of the subconscious is enormous. It guides us, warns us, controls the vital processes, and is the seat of memory.

(1.3) We relate to the objective world by the objective mind. The brain is the organ of this mind.

Thought is empowered by love. We distribute energy within our body and to others with our solar plexus. The subconscious determines the vibratory nature of this energy. We relate to the world, consciously, through our senses and subconsciously, by the energy we transmit and receive from others.

(1.8) Harmonious and desirable thoughts are maintained by constructive thinking.

(2.8) Our environment reflects conditions corresponding to our predominant mental attitude.

(3.8) Our predominant mental attitude determines conditions we meet in life.

(4.8) We get what we give.

Constructive thinking produces results that align with out ideal state. Our environment reflects what we think about, which is determined by our predominant mental attitude. The energy we receive from others is in measure to the energy we give.

(4.10) The silence is the first step towards self control; self mastery.

(3.10) Universal Mind is the creative principle of the universe.

(2.10) Thought is creative energy and will correlate with it’s object and bring it into manifestation,

(1.10) All power comes from within-the universal fountain of supply-the infinite energy of each individual, an outlet.

Self control begins with the ability to remain still. In silence, creative potential is static. Thought activates this creative potential. Thus, all power comes from within you.
