(2.30) We receive thought, which is substance in equilibrium and is constantly being differentiated in form by what we think.

It is in equilibrium because it is constantly moving back and forth between individuals; we give our thoughts and receive the thoughts of others. This is the law of growth.
All form is a symbol projected from within. Intuition is guidance from the conscious unconscious.
Concentration is the conscious initiative of the individual to direct their intention and utilize focus and intent.

Mind generates thought (a form of consciousness) which vibrates out from the individual. When consciousness collides with matter, form is created. This is the Means Of Existence or, the Mental Element.
When others receive our thoughts/vibrations, it is understood by the conscious mind as character.
This ability to think connects the individual to the Universal.
