(2.16) The Universal mind can manifest itself only through the individual.

(1.17) The nature of truth is spiritual.

(2.18) Many fail because they do not understand this law. There is no polarity. They have not found the circuit.

(1.19) The advantage of spiritual methods is they are always available.

(2.20) Thought will correlate with it’s object and bring it into manifestation because thought is a product of the spiritual man and spirit is the creative principle of the universe.

Creative potential manifests as a result of an individuals directed attention/thought. Truth is spiritual because truth is what we believe and belief begins with thought. Thought is spiritual because it depends upon the action and interaction between the individual and the Universal.

(1.21) The true method of concentration is to become so identified with the object of your thought that you are conscious of nothing else.

(2.22) We may direct other forms of intelligence by a recognition of self as an individualization of Universal intelligence.

(1.23) Spiritual truth is the control factor in this method of thought.

(2.24) The Universal creates form by means of the individual.

(1.25) Thought is transmuted into character and character is the magnet that creates the environment of the individual.

Concentration requires focus. As we learn to focus our attention, we discover our ability to direct the attention of others.  Belief is essential (control factor) to this process. Form is created through directed attention. The nature of our thoughts becomes our character.

(1.29) Intuition is superior to reason because it does not depend upon existence or memory and frequently brings about a solution to our problems by methods of which we are in entire ignorance.

(2.30) We receive thought which is substance in equilibrium and is constantly being differentiated in form by what we think.

The Means of Existence is our knowledge and use of cause & effect. We must direct our attention (give) to create “space” for new ideas (creativity). Intuition is the “knowing” that comes from within, that does not depend upon logic. We receive thought from others when they direct their attention toward us.
