(6.5) This mechanism is the brain.
(6.15) The individual is the means by which the Universal creates various combinations that result in the formation of phenomena.
(6.25) The law of vibration is brought into effect for the greater good.
The brain is the mechanism for changing our perception. Directed attention is the process by which the Universal is led to create options for how we perceive conditions. Thought creates vibrations and these vibrations create conditions.
(6.26) A higher rate of vibration governs, modifies, controls, changes or destroys a lower rate of vibration.
(6.16) The power of the individual to think is his ability to act upon the Universal and bring it into existence.
(6.6) This may be changed through the process called thinking. Thought creates brain cells and these cells respond to the corresponding thought in the Universal.
Not all vibrations are equal in creative potential. We act upon the Universal by thinking, and thought creates vibrations. We changed these vibrations by directing our attention toward other thoughts.
